The anti-drug?

I wish there was a drug that made you feel horrible mentally and physically (that's ALL it does). Then it's effect wears off virtually instantaneously. You shoot back to normal so quickly that normal feels like a high. High on life, literally.

    I've always thought this too! Since there aren't any drugs that I know of to do this, I just go walk through a dark alley in a rough part of town until I get kidnapped, beaten, raped, and starved for weeks. Then after I'm rescued, things doesn't seem so bad and I'm high on life !

    I have an idea for you. Get Dengue Fever or "break bone" fever!
    It is rarely fatal, but everything your whole body aches horribly, even little things like your eyelashes and nails ache!
    It lasts about 8 days and you feel about seven hundred years old, but afterwards you feel so young, energetic and healthy.
    Would that do?
