That my wrist sweats all the time

A couple days ago for no obvious reason a the right side of my right wrist has been lightly sweating 24/7. It's always moist now and cold and somewhat uncomfortable. Im developing a rash there because of how much I'm wiping off the sweat. It's a really strange phenomenon and I just wondering if any of you have ever experienced this before (comment) and if it's normal or not.

    Hi everyone.
I'm from Poland and I have the same issue as explained above, it's the first portal I found someone else talking about it. It does seem to be connected to the stress and the surrounding temperature/seasons, but then again it can also start to sweat in totally random calm moments. It usually sweats so much it literally drips on the floor wich obv is extremely uncomfortable..
It started when I was about 7 maybe 8 years old and now I'm almost 25 and still struggling with this promblem. None of the doctors I showed it to could explain what that is. The only temporary solution I found was to inject botox wich stopped it for about 6 months. I'm Currently considering a laser removal of the sweat glands on the affected area. I know it is possible on the armpits, not sure about the wrist yet. Has anyone found a permanent solution to the problem?

I have the same problem, it has started in highschool. I noticed, it usually comes up when I'm stressed or tired. My doctor couldn't explain what this is.

Mine started doing it in high school, for no apparent reason. It stopped when I was in my early 20s, but returned a month ago, also for no apparent reason. I'm 43 now, and it still baffles- and embarrasses- me to this day.

Believe it or not I have this problem. It usually sweats in the fall and winter months. I asked an orthopedic surgeon about it and he said it was an autonomic nervous system issue. Nothing to worry about. It's like people who have problems with profuse sweaty armpits and palms excepts its in the wrist. There are some special prescription antipirsperants that can be prescribed if it gets too annoying. Mine used to get so bad it would actually drip, but has gotten a little better over the years.

The only thing I could think of would be possibly nerve damage or something. I have no idea!

You won't believe this but I noticed the same thing yesterday and today. To dial down the amazement factor a little, though, these have been two unseasonably warm days and I'm wearing a very cheap watch with a plastic strap (the first plastic strap I've ever had) and it's only happening on my watch wrist.

I'll be honest, I don't know enough to know what it could be. I wonder if a sweat band would help with the rash.

That sounds pretty efficient. Soft so it wont aggitate the rash, warm to counter the icy feeling im getting, and obviously it will absorb the sweat. Thankyou.
