The Disney logo, the fancy script you see on all their merchandise and beginning of their movies and such? Well, I always thought the big D looked like a big G, and I always wondered why it looked like that. and up until now (i am 19) i never saw the D. Is this normal?
OMG that's insane! I used to see a G too when I was growing up. It wasn't til a few years ago that I could really notice the D. So I'd say you're not alone. I still tend to see the G. It's just what I'm used to lol I guess it's like an optical illusion.
I always thought that the "D" was a "G" too, when I was kid. It's very difficult to tell the difference.
I always thought it looked like a "2". Walt couldn't write for shite LOL
I figured that out when I was 13 haha!(: and I also noticed the e and x it fedex make an arrow on the logo! hhaa!(:
I discovered that last year and was stupid enough to announce it out loud... Everyone heard and thought I was a complete prat! Haha, I always and still do see it as a G and the Y as a P unless I concentrate.
I think a lot of people have had this happen to them! Some probably still don't realise!
OMG I DIDNT REALIZE IT TILL I WAS 12 AND I WENT TO DISNEY WORLD TWICE A YEAR SINCE I WAS 3!
Gisney.. lol. I don't know I think i probably would have noticed before 19 years of age, but sometimes things like this happen. It probably never really mattered to you so you just didn't give it any other thought till one day BAM! you had a light bulb moment. It's understandable. The good news is, it makes for a good laugh :)
i always thought it was a G too. and i would always think why would there be a G in Disney, until i finally realized that it was a D.
I always thought it was a G as a kid. I think my instinct was to focus on the part where the lines cross in the bottom-left, rather than the hole in the center.
It is an ineresting D, you don't really think about it, but I really does look abnormal. :p
its indeed looks like a backwards G but i think its pretty easy to figure out its a D.
