Is it normal that I really dislike it when girls wear makeup? Some girls may need it to cover up things like a birthmark, but otherwise, I find makeup to be a lie buried in insecurity. And I find natural beauty much more appealing.
I am a female and rarely wear makeup. I do love make up, all the pretty colors. It makes you feel pretty. But on an everyday basis I see no need for it. I wear make up if I'm going out w friends or any get togethers etc. But feel its unnecessary to put on a mask everyday. If it's light and natural looking nbd but to look like your about to head out to the club just to go to the store is silly.
Make up on acne only makes it last longer. It makes your skin all tight and itchy. In most cases in perpetuates the flaws in which the person is trying to hide. It stains your clothes and it smells gross.
Fuck that, men have their tools, women have their makeup, it's feminine to wear it, it feels good, and makes us feel sexy, like wearing nice lingerie under ur clothes or wearing sexy shoes.
Ehhh natural beauty? More like natural ugliness for me. I can't go in public without hiding my forehead with bangs putting on tons I'd eyeliner eyeshadow and mascara and then on top of that putting on a buttload of foundation and concealer. Then I look normal. I'm sorta the "emo chick" but o well. Haha
Looking like crap makes ya feel like crap and Dressing good and looking good makes you feel great. I think more girls NEED TO wear makeup. Some got butter faces
Thats just it though, I don't want my girl "enhanced". I want her to to be comfortable with who she is, because I love her just the way she is! And "enhancing" her is fake; it's a lie.
I'm the same way, I've never worn makeup in my life, even when my acne gets bad lol. I think I look beautiful just the way I am and most people can't say that. I think it's awesome that your confident in your appearance and dint feel the need to change your self, way to go!! P.s. Birthmarks are natural and beautiful :) be proud
Okay, you guys do realize that the best make-up always looks like you're not wearing any at all right? i mean there's a difference between looking like bozo the clown and applying your make up properly. Some girls are naturally pretty but hey, we're not all blessed with perfect genes. And as far as make-up being a lie or not natural,grooming is also "a lie" since women aren't naturally bald in the right places and don't naturally smell good (perfume, deodorant)so in my opinion, sometimes a lie is better than the natural thing. Make-up doesn't have to cause or make for a prolonged break out. Just make sure the products you are using are non-comedogenic (won't clog pores), wash your face properly, and keep using whichever acne products you were already using.
Yeah that is normal for a lot of guys, I prefer girls that are naturally beautiful. But a little make-up isn't so bad.
I'm a girl myself and I find that make up, hides the person underneath I find it dumb and useless.
