I’m a 19 year old freshman in college, and I’m dating a 29 year old woman I met who is a latecomer to college. We haven’t been dating for long, and honestly it’s been a lot of sex. But I really enjoy her company, she tells me she loves me, and I think I love her. The sex is amazing, absolutely amazing. She wants it all the time. I live in a dorm, but she lives in an apartment and takes me there a lot of nights to have sex or I’ll just lie on the bed and she’ll touch me. I’m on the slimmer side and blonde, and she’s always complimenting my “slim body” and “fluffy hair” which makes me feel amazing. I’ve never been in a relationship before, largely because I lived in an abusive house hold and wasn’t allowed to leave home basically until college. She makes me feel complete and loved, and I’ve never felt loved before.

Do you think she’s too old for me though? Is it weird for us to date?

    Keep your eyes pealed for red flags, people who have abusive parents fall into abusive relationships more easily as they don’t really know what healthy relationships are meant to feel like.

    There is also a large power imbalance between a 29 and 19 year-old which you need to watch out for. Keep your wits about you.

      I look at it a bit differently.

      You have a favorite food, no? I do— pumpkin pie. My aunt’s pumpkin pie is amazing. The crust is flaky and buttery and just absolutely delicious, the filling is mind-blowing. It also happens to be one of the only pumpkin pies I’ve ever had. Just because I haven’t had much experience eating pumpkin pie does not mean that her’s isn’t amazing.

        Unless you’d had a bunch of different pumpkin pie you wouldn’t know if it was amazing as you have no real basis for comparison, same with sex lol.

    Age has little to do with love... Its about caring and being able to enjoy each other and build a life together.

    Why not try to make it last...

    I suggest that you and her both read "The 5 Love Languages" by Gary Chapman to be sure that you can build a solid long term relationship.
