Tattoo placement

I'm thinking of getting a small tattoo but im not sure which would be a better place to get it, i dont care about the level of pain for each area i know its gonna hurt its a tattoo :P
But where do you think would be a better place, the back of my neck or my side? I'm a girl.

    Totally depends on what it is and if you want to or have to hide it.

      I have neck & forearm tattoos and a job with a Fortune 500 company. I'm not even the most conspicuously tattooed employee in the building, let alone the company. It's not the 1950s anymore.

          It wasn't a comment on how great my job is. It was a comment on how the attitudes in society regarding tattos have changed drastically.

    Back of the neck tattoos are awful!

    Since it must be really small if it would fit on the back of the neck, I'm not sure if it would look good on your side. It depends on subject matter.

    I like foot tattoos, I have a ton of small stars in the arch of my foot up to the tip of my toe. I don't really like the ones that cover too large of a portion of the top of the foot though.

    No ankle tattoos either, that's very cheesy just like the neck is!

    Very low near the hips or upper panty line area is cute.

    Yeah u rock! I Got 6 Tattoos. Get it on your side that looks hot. Im not crazy about the neck, cause it might clash with your earrings or shirt. But def get it on your side. I got a koi dragon on my forearm that goes to the wrist to where u bend your elbow. It's fuckin A. The pain is not so much when ur getting it. Its the next day. That's when it really hurts just as a forewarning.
