Talking to yourself in gibberish

Is it normal to have a strange satisfaction from randomly uttering gibberish because of how ridiculous it sounds or mocks those around you by welcoming insults from idiots? It's like - "Hey, you're insane!" "Hey! thanks for noticing!....Hanbiah lakshiahs utiali doobgabu..!.."

I do this as part of my problem solving process. In the same way that I imagine different perspectives, sometimes it helps to get out of "language" and into a more freeform flow of ideas... gibberish helps me think without using words. Make sense?

I do that sometimes if I get stressed. I did it all the time as a child.

Talking gibberish can be a symptom of aphasia.

  • I'm smelling what you're stepping in. I don't utter gibberish but if someone calls me an idiot in real life I smile.

Because they have no idea what the truth really is.

And that truth is that my IQ is a nunber on the phone pad *cry*

Are you referring to "speaking in tongues"
Only if there's an interpreter present.
