    Not quite sure how your friend is able get horny when he sees your girlfriend when they don't know each other, but never mind...

    I don't think it's very common for a guy to tell his friend that they're masturbating while thinking of his girlfriend. Hell, most people would draw the line at even admitting that they find the girlfriend sexy at all, since the boyfriend-friend might get pissed off about that. So your friend admitting this - complete with photographic evidence - seems a little odd to me.

    As for your girlfriend's reaction, most people like the idea that other people find them attractive/sexy.

    I guess you three are pretty honest and open with each other about this stuff. Generally speaking, I think honesty and openness about sex is a positive thing.

    However, the only thing that really matters here is your feelings about this. If your friend's admission makes you feel uncomfortable or insecure, then tell him you don't want to talk about it. If your girlfriend's reaction makes you uncomfortable, then don't talk about it with her.

      No, it doesn’t make me uncomfortable. He is having fun and we are all having fun. The line hasn’t been crossed so everything is ok.
      My girl is very attractive and many guys out there look closely and that doesn’t bother me at all and she is even dressing sexy at all. I know what I have and trust. My friend has his gf and I’m pretty sure he thinks about her when having it with her... which is good for him. Other than that for us is nothing but a fantasy....
