Popping the entire sushi roll into your mouth with your hand (at a restaurant)?..Is it "normal" or proper?

    I do that once in a while if no one is watching ,but only if i'm in a rush.

    Always use chopsticks; never put your chopsticks straight up in the air and leave them like that; you can burp at the end of the meal to signify it was yummy; you can lift your bowl of soup to our mouth and drink it directly. Japanese etiquette: DONE!:)
