The "Fuck you and you're tea" option is confusing. Are you really tea? Does that mean that in your tea shop you're going to be selling yourself?:O Hmm, you should turn yourself from tea into a broth, so that you can sell yourself in a brothel! It just seems more appropriate that way.:)

Alright a tea shop is something I don't see everywhere. The fact its a TEA SHOP would have already won me over. Also they have this thing called bubbly tea which you might want to consider as well.

Forget all that herbal crap. Just remember tea goes in tea pots. Flowers go in flower pots.

Modern is always good. Tea shops should have a light, airy, calm, and relaxing atmosphere. Coffee shops should have deep brown and red and light green colors. Tea shops would be nice with a beige wall with vines painted on, but nothing too intricate or picture like. Something simple, counters would look good with a light green, and tan color.

That's actually what I was thinking of doing! What's you're opinion on the # of tea options?

Having a lot of options is good, make sure to have an equal variety of herbal teas; nuts, fruits, etc. And have a fair number of black, oolong, and green teas.
I think I would definitely go to a tea shop that offered to mix teas. For instance a Red Rose/Orange Pekoe base, and when the base is steeped halfway, adding a herbal tea. I think mixing black, oolong, and green teas, with herbals would be good, but not with each other. And I would definitely use teas that are harvestedly in an environmentally safe way, and pay the workers a fair wage. People really appreciate free trade. And David's Tea (a chain tea shop in Canada, and perhaps elsewhere) had a good idea. They're having a day (May 12th) where Nurses get a free cup of the daily tea. You could one up that and either have a wider range (e.g. all hospital workers) or offer them one cup of their choice. Also, giving people a discount if they bring in a reusable cup, say 10-30 cents off. Lots of stores do that successfully. And for fair trade, not just teas but Sweeteners: honey, Stevia (A zero calorie, all natural, actually healthy sweetner. Seriously it rocks), and dairy: Almond milk, soy milk, choco. milk. And Iced tea would be nice too.

Why would you put that vulgar option in? Seemed like a legit question but that throws me a little.
