Is it normal that I don't believing giving gifts on things like Christmas, birthdays, anniversaries, and valentines day just aren't that important? I think it's not really that special because EVERYONE gets gifts then; instead you should try to make everyday special and get them gifts on days that aren't special, to make them even more special.
What do you think?
I mean, it IS aspecial day. Why not make it more special?
But I agree. It's nice to give on some normal random days!
Thing is if others give on special days and you don't you will be that hornless rhino amidst all the other horned rhinos.

there is most likely at least a few people a day that have a birthday that day... so every day is most likely someones birthday somewhere.
By your logic this leaves no special days.
The days listed are holidays for celebrating... yes others are too. That makes it nice because you can choose who you want to spend that holiday with... friends...family... or a lover.
And it doesnt make your celebration any less special. I think you will find most families have their own traditions inside that family.... adding a little special touch to the holiday.
