Hands down superhuman intelligence. It's reasonable but still extreme enough to be considered a superpower. I feel like powers such as the ability to read (& control) minds (even though that's SUPER tempting), or superhuman strength (along with dark matter manipulation) would get out of hand fast.
Invisibility would be fun and pretty useful, but intelligence can unlock a lot of things. But that's just me. Nice list, by the way. :)
the abilities i would want are the ability to teleport myself and anyone else i want to anywhere in any universe, even fictional ones, and the ability to shape-shift.
i could be anyone (or thing) and anywhere.
why fly? instant transmission is way faster!
I would have to go with something that's not on the list. Considering everything is going to electronics now, I would want the ability of electricity. Not only for the complete and total control of it, but with the super power of electricity, you could control humans and animals alike. Small electric currents to the brain can stimulate certain parts to make a human or animal do whatever you like.
I went for swordsmanship because I think that'd be cool but I guess it wouldn't work much seeing that I don't live in a fantasy realm or medieval times. You didn't put super healing powers, but I'd definitely go with that, and I'd probably take superhuman strength too.
If you control other's minds then you basically in a world with yourself. That is pretty sad.
Control people's minds. I would set up my life as I wanted. Start my business, expand, profit and never get fined by the police for speeding XD

Dark matter manipulation because that implements that I can create any thing from other objects through dark matter which is in every thing
Talking to animals would be a silly choice. They would not have much to say. You can understand them from body language alone it seems.
Invisibility would be so neat. Going for that.
Mind control is probably the best one on this list.
Self-Spawning? Is that teleportation or like Halo respawning? Lol.
