Super dieters tea?

While I was brewing a cup of Super Dieter's Tea, the tea bag broke. I drank it anyway, and have had bad stomach cramps for days. Is this normal? Please help!

    No, I don't think that's normal. Also, if you're on a diet, you should drink water.
