Struggle with eating and drinking, iin?
Lately, I find myself frequently "forgetting" to eat my vegetables. Consequently, I have been experiencing issues with constipation and terrible bad breath. I love eating vegetables and I have been making more of an effort to by them recently after going through weeks of not buying them. It seems that when I do buy them I, again, "forget" to eat them or prepare them. Then, they end up going bad which is a waste of my money. This also seems to be happening with fruit, which I also love, and water/beverages. I often seem to be dehydrated.
I am not sure why I have been doing this. I do have a long history with eating disorders. More specifically, Anorexia, but I don't see how excluding healthy low-calorie food would come into play. Neither, do I think that I am experiencing any relapses. I have been under extreme amounts of stress and according to my doctor, I am depressed. I have been dealing with a lot of other issues, but I won't go into them least I make this post longer than it needs to be.
I don't know what to do. Is it normal?
