Ok I know this girl who is really young like 10 and she has stretch marks all over her body. Is this normal for a young girl? Oh and she's not fat

    I used to have stretch marks everywhere because I grew overnight. Whole-entire-body is not normal, but I can see where you're coming from.

    Even with a growth spurt that's strange. Is she constantly dehydrated?

    Could be a growth spurt she's still young and her skin will heal. Question is why do you know what a ten year old girls naked body looks like?
