Strange fruit in dreams

I have been having these strange reoccuring dreams about strange fruit and strange fruit trees in dreams. I'd be walking along and all of a sudden, I'd stumble upon strange fruit trees either growing in someone's garden or in an orchard. Things like neon purple bannanas, grapes the size of coconuts, Plumbs that grow on cannibis stalks, Translucent/yellowins orange apples, ect. Sometimes I'll eat of them. For instance, in the case of the plumb/cannibis plant: I was walking with my wife and I cam across this plant. I asked her what it was. She said it was very potent and that if I ate it, I would find myself in another world. So when I ate of it, I immediately found myself back in my own bed, so in a sense she was correct. I am wondering if anyone knows the signifigance of this strange fruit found in my dreams, please let me know its been bugging me for awhile.

Whoa. Trippy dream. I wish I had dreams like that.
It could be that dreams are subconscious desires. But that wouldn't make sense unless your lifetime wish is to eat exotic fruit.
According to a dream interpretation website:
"Dreams involving fruits stand for sexual needs, new plans and romantic relationships."
Maybe you and your wife should have some time alone.

Don't feel bad I've had strange dreams myself... like one with Rosa Parks wanting a paper five dollar bill I had. I told her no so she made the end a piece of string and started eating it. Then part of the money came out of her belly. I tried cutting it but it didn't work. There was also one with a game show and me being a mascot for a baseball-track team.

I have a dream book and I looked up a few things for you: Forrest: a group of trees usually means entering the realms of the feminine. it is always something to do with coming to terms with our emotional self of understanding the secrets of our own nature.
To be eating in a dream shows that one is attempting to satisfy one's needs.
Violet/purple: means grandeur esteem hope its purpose to uplift
yellow: closest to daylight this color is coneccted to emotional self, reasoning, listlessness and judgement.
If you dont connect with this, my friends mum is a psycotherapest and she belives only you can unlock your dreams. by thinking what does a tree mean to me?
why would I like to change the fruit colour, what does purple make me feel, think ect..
    Hope this helps
