Strange feelings???

Well,I've been suffering from some anxiety and it comes and goes as it pleases, basically. But lately, I've been pretty normal and whatnot but for some time (I guess you could say since I started getting panic attacks and just had plain anxiety issues) I've been feeling pretty weird (I think you could call it weird). As far as I know, I'm actually at a normal weight (usually around 134 and I'm 5'7). But sometimes, whether it's been a while since I've been anxious or not, I just feel really heavy in my chest area and I feel I can't breathe well. It's really uncomfortable and it scares me. It's almost like I'm paralyzed. It gets to the point where you can barely tell that I'm breathing. I feel really suffocated. But it usually doesn't happen throughout the whole day, just parts of it I guess. But yeah, it's been bothering me. Not sure if I should point out that I also end up thinking creepy things, usually then this happens. Like, I'll just picture myself exploding or stuff like that and I can't seem to control it. Ugh.

I get anxious when out in public too. I advise you see your doctor to rule out any physical problems.

it probably has to do with your heart chakra. maybe your feeling drained from negativity, either from yourself or others. i usually get like this after being in a crowd for too long, or when i'm depressed. sometimes i can't even feel my heart beat. i pretend that i have a little wooden bird in my chest that wakes up when i'm happy.

It is anxiety....all of it: the panic attacks, the feeling in your chest, the not being able to breathe well. You need to see a dr. and probably get some meds. At this point, b/c you think about creepy things as well, you probably will need therapy. You need to find out why you are anxious. something has to trigger it. and you need to find out why you think about those things. if you don't treat it, it can get worse.

I am the same way. First anxiety. Then comes the panic attacks. I can't breathe. I feel short of breath. Sometimes I have to yawn to catch my breath. I start to worry I will stop breathing then the panic attacks sets in. I get dizzy and feel faint. Sometimes like I'm going to black out. It's awful and I really don't feel in control of myself which makes it worse I have been through a lot of tests and that is what it appears to be. The mind is a crazy think. It comes and goes and sometimes lasts days. I don't know what brings it on because sometimes it happens for no reason. Just remember u can not die from a panic attack. And call someone who understands to talk u out of it when it happens. The more u focus on it the worse it is. Relax

Whoa that's probably not good and could be an indicator going off in your body.

I don't know much about psychology, but I did take a course in high school. You're gunna wanna look this up or talk to some one about it, but I think you may have Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD). Its when you feel scared or anxious or have bad thoughts or feelings for no apparent reason throughout the day. Are you by any chance scared of being in public? Because that often accompanies GAD

Actually, if I was scared of anything it would be being alone.
