You're pretty much limited to gay, straight, bi, asexual, or pansexual. Since we're talking about sexuality it just makes sense to assume if someone is attracted to a certain sex sexually, they would find the sex organs appealing. But gosh, why limit yourself to rational thought or logic.

Hey, I read in your profile about what you considered in men to be attractive but, tbh, have to point out that's only your opinion. Apologies if you already knew that but the way you write it makes it sound like that's /the/ way to be attractive.
I usually prefer guys with shorter hair (though it depends on the guy, some do look damn good rockin' a longer cut) so I just wanted to put that out there.

Well, some people like short-haired guys. But For us that strongly prefer long hair-- we are screwed over completely by a sexist society.
I'd be happy if at least half of guys had longer hair. (you'd ideally still have your short-haired guys..) If you go anywhere and look at men- you'll notice only 1% have any hair longer than a crew cut!
There are reasons why I believe both genders are attracted to hair. With exceptions- such as yourself.
Supposing, as a guess- half of gals (and guys) prefer long-haired guys. Whether they consciously realize it or not. The other half prefer short. Sorry if I seem pushy- for saying long-hair is the only way a guy can look good. But I don't understand why anyone would argue against my asking guys- when I can- to be more attractive for the half who are being screwed over. If you like short-hairs, then you already have 99% of the male population!My preference is more than an opinion, for me; I actually feel nothing for short-haired guys. Similar to how a gay man feels no attraction to women- it's how my sexuality is wired. I used to not realize this- when younger I never understood why I was attracted to only a few guys, disinterested in the rest. I realized why, one day, and it is very true. I've lost interest in guys who cut their hair (I previously was attracted). And I've gained attraction to guys who grew their hair. I wondered if other gals have this dilemna, and don't realize it. Perhaps not you, but probably many do, at least to some extent.
Honestly, I find it's a bad experience- Seeing guys get their fill. Being proud of having a priviledged sexuality. While I am marginalized- and I get the feeling other women are too. I think this gender imbalance, is the reason why typically- males may be promiscious- females usually are not. Most of our sexual opportunities are with men we're not attracted to- so we have to say no. If there were as many attractive men, as attractive women- then gals would be enjoying sex more. It's embarrassing to date a guy, who can flirt with other pretty girls (because there are several)- while I cannot flirt with anyone else (who I'm attracted to, because there is rarely anyone). It's embarrassing to not be able to find a guy who's single & attractive, for a long time- so you have to wait to find him- but he does not have to wait around for you. etc. I feel better, asking guys to be more attractive, for gals like me. It may also be helpful, for guys who wonder how to be more attractive to gals. I could go on more about why, but I've written too much.

As a long haired guy I have to say you sound like you'd be a lot of hard work and hard to please!
The thing is, everything in life changes over time - including hair length or lack of it. For your attraction preference to be so dependent on a fairly minor physical attribute is a bit unusual I think.

It's true, in a sense. Tbh, I hate having long hair as opposed to short hair because it's much more of a pain to deal with. Gets messy easier, needs more shampoo and conditioner to wash, has to be tied up and put away for many jobs... Etc. And yet it's almost as if, if I want to be attractive, I /have/ to have it. Back when I had short hair people used to criticise me for it or act as if it was actually some sort of shame I didn't grow it longer.
So I see what you're saying and it sucks you can't feel attracted to shorter hair guys. Me, I'd prefer if everyone could have shorter hair because it's more practical (and I could too without any problem) but I can see why you're saying it needs to be long for many people to find others attractive.

Oh Sorry that people were rude about having short hair... You don’t have to take my suggestion if you don’t want. But I hoped I’d feel better, if some guys did! For a fashion tip- a guy can just have hair down to his ears. Or even a tiny bit shorter. That’s long enough. My guess is, that would not be too much hair to fuss with, though I could be wrong. I’ll try not to write any more Novels here..
