Still "effects" of smoking pot days after

So I smoked marijuana for the first time last Friday with my friend who smokes on a regular basis. I smoked again on Sunday and again on Tuesday. All three times were with good weed, and I was very relaxed. It is Friday today, and the last time I smoked was on Tuesday, but I still have been feeling some "effects", or atleast a lot different since then. At first I was relaxed about it, thinking it will go away, but now it has been nearly 4 days, and I am starting to freak out. I've read other peoples' problems on the internet that relate to mine and they all said it goes away eventually. Could it be that I just had too much weed in my body in such a short period of time for the first time?

Please help. Thanks!

The most harm that Marijuana can do to you is short term memory loss in the short term and conjunctivitis(pink eye) in the long term. I believe that any effects that you are feeling, even from high THC%% weed, are pyschosomatic. Just remember that weed is all you need for stress relief. Stay clear of alcohol, tabacco and hard drugs or you will have something to worry about.

i had paranoia like that too .. lol mine was stupid and ridiculous.
JUST because i was standing in the same place like 2 days after smoking weed (and a similar episode happened like 2 weeks earlier) i thought i was gonna have another one. and i did. it was like a panic attack or something.

youll be fiinee maybe your just stressing to much and thinking about it constandly just like , when you think you get really short breath from smoking or your going to puke after exactly 1liter of beer then you will , big change that its all in your head , but if you really dont trust it then you go to a docter =D

I honestly believe that marijuana can have extremely positive affects as well as negative. The affect on your state of consciousness should not last longer than a few hours. If it does than maybe it has a serious negative affect on your body.

Smoking marijuana CAN have extremely scary and lasting health effects, it can also have health benefits. Be aware of the risks. A friend of mine from high school ended up with schizophrenia as a result. Some people have a genetic predisposition to schizophrenia as a result of the THC, but you don't know until you use so it's like playing Russian roulette with a fully loaded gun.
Also the younger you are the worse the effects can be. I met a guy who started using when he was an 8yo, totally stuffed his head up according to him.
If you are worried go to a sensible doctor for some advice, and consider keeping away from it as the safest option. Be well.

Chooseyourweapon obviously knows nothing about marijuana. Marijuana has greatly improved my performance in school which is helping me get into better PhD programs that I probably wouldn't have if I never started smoking. Experienced smokers understand marijuana and it's effects on them, it's the stupid high school kids and media propaganda that give weed a bad name, marijuana should be treated exactly as alcohol is, legal, Taxed, and you must be 21. Countries that pot is legal in have half the level of use in high schools that the U.S. does. I could also write a whole paper on this thing about all the medicinal uses for marijuana, (which I use if for due to a stress fracture on my spine), but I also won't lie I definitely use it recreationally as well. It is infinitely safer than alcohol, which is a leading cause of health problems and admittance to emergency rooms. I could go on and on.

How can you call someone a 'pot head' after smoking three times in their life?

Maybe you ought to stop. Are a few fleeting moments of mindless euphoria really worth your ability to learn and retain information, your reflexes, your energy, your sex drive, your goals? Stop and think hard and honestly about the reasons you smoke marijuana, you may be surprised by your own foolishness.

Obviously you have never smoked weed or researched weed properly. As long as your not going to school high your ability to learn and retain information will not change. My goal is to write, and weed certainly helps me with that.
