    I find this humorous but in another way truthful. Unfortunately this does not solve the dilemma of finding what people call "the one." I on the other hand don't even have 100,000 people living within 100 miles of me so I guess finding "the one" for me is going to be an absolute challenge.

    Well finding the one would mean you have to match well enough, the person being single, that you run into that person, that you realize you are compatible, and are not arranged to marry someone else, and that you are allowed to get them while you have the chance, also someone might be the one when you are younger but change as you get old. So I think its very unlikely.

    Well now! See that's when you need to open up your standards. If you are willing to date someone with a personality or lifestyle mismatch, or consider people you have no physical attraction to then you have 4000 more people you could date :D "The one" doesn't always have to have the same personality as you, or life style, and sometime attraction can come later after knowing someone. Example: My friend would NEVER date this guy, but then she heard him play the piano and she was hooked on him.

    Why is your soulmate always from somewhere near you? Why is your soulmate never, say, a tribal Asian women who doesn't speak English?
