I think this is pretty normal, you see I kind hit it off with a pretty girl at a bar, we've met only twice but I made a good impression a few weeks ago. She thinks i'm pretty great.

Anyway, my best friend told me her crowd is celebrating a birthday at a pub just down the road from my house. I figured I'll drop in all non-chalant to 'accidentally' bump into her to try and make a friend.
I am interested in her too, but I want to make sure.

Keeping in mind I'm definitely going to do this, is it a bit stalkery? Or IIN?

      I concur. This type of "stalking" is normal and very flattering that you took the time to make effort. There are limits but this is no where near that. Go, have fun, and tell her you find her interesting and pretty.

    It's normal, but I think the only part that might not be is that you want hide why you went there. It might make it seem like you are hiding something. People are usually easier when you tell them why you did what you did. For example instead of pretending you didn't know she was having a party you could say. "Hey, I heard you were having a party and wanted to come see you." The results will likely be better and not seem creepy.
