Spying from in my head

i have a very frequent feeling that someone is somehow getting inside my head and is able to see what i see. it constantly makes me cautios of what i do or think. i also feel like my friends/family are doing this and know what im doing and what ive done.

    You have to realise that's one of the first stops on the train to crazy town.
    People definitely can't see inside your head, I can't emphasize that enough. Even if it seems that way, it's definitely not happening. So talk to a doctor or psychiatrist even if it's not causing any big problems right now. It might get better on it's own but it also might not.

    I used to do that. It's probably a phase. Either that or my thoughts aren't my own anymore 0_o
