Is it normal to get a spontaneous erection? I mean I'll be just sitting there on my couch and pop a boner or I'll just be at the store shopping and I'll pop a boner or at work and still pop a boner the only time I don't is when I'm at the gym. Is this normal?
I used to get them at church. Always happens right before being asked to stand for prayer or song.

Were you on pot? All the stuff making your heart rate faster and your pressure high ends up giving you random boners. I'll tell you how I think it happens. Yes its normal especially if your young and built or in shape. You should be glad its that way the girls will love it!
I get them too, not as much as when I was 17 though. Even at 20 they happen once in a while but I can control myself pretty well.
