Do they put road bumps in all starbucks drive-thrus so as soon as you pull away from the window your coffee which you haven't put in a cup holder yet goes flying and spills on your genitals?

    That's what you get for not following ten and 2. Much like click it or ticket the way to get around it is quite simple, follow the rules and nothing bad will happen much like in the saw films sure you might loose your hand or something but talk out alive if you oivey the rules
