Speaking in public...
I realize that this is probably quite normal, but I want to see how many others there are that this happens to.
I always get really nervous when speaking in public. In class, for example, I'll raise my hand to share some thought that I have pretty well planned out in my head, then when I go to say it I stumble, turn red, and the thought comes out an incoherent mess. My eyes shift all over the room, I try not to look at anyone.
The weirdest part about it is that I start shaking, and it continues for a few minutes after I have finished what I had to say.
Does anyone know how to get past this?
