Spare tyre
i have just turned 18, i am a girl, and i weigh around 12 stone, so obviously at 5"5, i am a little bit over weight. However, its not really my weight that bothers me, it is the fact that i have 3 spare tyres, none of them are particularly big, but the top one, which is about level with the bottom of my ribs, seems to be really obvious and ive not really seen any one of similar weight to me who has this. is this weird, or is it just me?. Is there any specific exercises i could do that would target this area ?
