Sorry, but this really creeps me out.

This is going to piss a lot of you off, but fuck it. Look, me and my buddy were in Manhattan this past Sunday. Just past the main library on 5th. We see all kinds of shit happening on the street. A parade. The gay pride parade. This is not a thing we want to see, or to be anywhere near. I thought it was disgusting. I'd heard about this parade happening that day, but I thought it take place down in the village where most of these twinkle toes hang out. But nooooo! These butt busters have got to come prancing through mid-town on a beautiful day. Do gay people have a right? Well, it's a bit of a strech for me but I would say yes. But why mid-town at the begining of summer when the area is full of hot tourist broads jammed up in Bryant Park. Me and my buddy had some serious pussy pick-up planned. And they seem to tie this in to the black people's civil rights movement! Give me a fucking break! I'm not black, but it seems a far cry from what a black person had to endure in this country compared to what some skinny white, gay dude from Long Island has to face. What? Mommy and Daddy stopped filling his bank account because they found out he was gay? Thanks gay people for fucking up my weekend. Now go away. I don't care if you are gay. Just go away and be gay someplace else. I think my attitude is normal for a hetero. I'll bet a lot of people think so too.

Admit it...you and your "buddy" were in New York for the parade and to buy a pair of black leather chaps, a rubber fist, and a vat of Crisco.

I'm not gay but I don't see a reason why this should piss you off I mean their going about their business right? and it probably shouldn't bother you if you flew right past them. Personally, I hate those loud and trashy gay people like yea you're gay but you don't have to shout it on rooftops. In a way I think it's normal.

sounds like some serious denial to me

I know that sounds facicious but thinking about it I just don't understand such a strong reaction to someone's sexuality, what happened to cause it?

You could as well just join the parade and have fun. But no, better be more butthurt than any gay could be.
Gays didn't ruin your weekend, you did.

I hope you're trolling. I think it is over celebrated for sure and I could care less to see the parade but I'm sure many of them endured hardships in high school or college and had some jerk like yourself making them feel bad about themselves.

I bet you are a favourite in your neighbourhood. This was so charming. All "pussys" should want you, shouldn't they.

"hot tourist broads" might just be there for the gay parade and wouldnt want pieces of shit like you near them. Its a good day for us common straight folk to be away from the likes of you and just enjoy ourselves without being judged by narrow minded cunts.

Some people just have homophobia. It is sadly quite common, and you are right; it is just in heterosexuals. Honestly, why wouldn't it... Some people just do not like homosexuals.

P.S. If I were you, I wouldn't really shout your feelings to the whole world because some people really hate people with homophobia.

I feel the same about gay parades. What's the point? So a bunch of people are homosexual. Nothing special to brag or have a parade!

Especially in a city center where children are present, or people go to enjoy themselves, where the elderly go for walks. I think there should be some restrictions for this type of stuff. You can't prance through the city half naked, with a boner and act like everything is normal, just cause you are homosexual. It's not!

I got nothing against gay people, I am against their parades. They bring nothing to the rest of us. We are not educated, or culturally enriched. All we see is half naked people in silly costumes and tacky music.

I think it's good for kids to see, for Years if something is bad it's often referred to as gay by kids, that's so gay etc, so to see a celebration of homosexuality at a young age is surely a good thing

I think it should be perfectly fine at any time to walk around half naked. ;)

Agreed, If I can't rock out with my cock out. Why the fuck should some homo be able to. Secondly you don't see any normal people parades do you?.

Bottom line at the end of the day we're all people. No single group is more special then the other.

You guys in my opinion are all assholes, i'm not gay but I know how to treat someone with respect. Plus there are what you guys are calling "Normal People Parades" hello? ever seen fourth July? Chrismas parade? thanksgiving? Disney world parade? ect. ect. ect.??? but I do agree with the black parade being mixed with Gay Pride, come on really?

Although they do face some challenges, meaning all you homophobes!

I think it's so funny when people complain about the gays. Esp from bigger cities than mine, I'm from a small city and we have a very large welcoming gay community, (which I personally love my city is super chill hippie style like a baby Austin Texas) but I think my "city" is actually a town the point is there's barley a downtown and that's the only place everyone goes and if gay people had a parade here(which they gallop around anyways all the time) and no one liked it they wouldn't have anywhere else to go but downtown and deal with it if they want out of the house at least manhattan (lol fuck ksu!!) you have a larger range to explore what I'm getting at is be thankful your from such a big place that you can walk away and do something else.

Last time a saw a gay parade was back in my home country. It was something new for us and disgusting at the same time. Fists flew everywhere! We put at least 15 queers in the hospital that day. Too bad you can't do that shit here in Gaylifornia...

Being a homophobic a-hole isn't abnormal, but neither is being skeevy, woman-hating dickbag...I mean,it's 2014, shouldn't we strive to ditch your current "Me Tarzan, You Jane" way of thinking be a aim to be a little more progressive?

I'm gay and honestly I feel the same. It's things like that which make me feel embarrassed about telling people. These days no one seems to care if you're gay, straight or whatever and i've never met anyone who's had a problem with it. If gay tolerance is no longer an issue why do we still need these flamboyant protests? They give most the gay community a bad rep.

Also everyone who's just trying to insult the opener with jokes about him being gay, have you considered how being gay is still not normal, it's considered a joke. People openly take this piss about it and use it as an insult. For me that hurts much more than someone saying they don't like how their home town is completely taken over by something they don't give two shits about. How about we start a parade for tables or something that you guys don't care about and invade your town and disrupt your daily life for it.

Don't you know the gayest thing ever is two homophobic latents like you and your "buddy" whining about how you're not gay and gays creep you out! Don't flatter yourself. Go find a closet to climb into.

They're here and they're queer, get used to it!

A heterosexual who is comfortable with their sexual orientation, needn't feel uncomfortable at the sight/interaction of Gay/Lesbian humans.

The only exception I could see is if you were religious, but there are a lot of closeted religious folk, mind you.

I think that you are wrestling with your orientation. You probably have had gay feelings of which, you are now trying to deny.
