Nothing to worry about. That is just your brain shrinking. Get a T-shirt that says, "I pooped today."
Ah, actually I was just having a panic attack. You know the normal ear sounds? Like when you cover your ears with your hands and hear the blood rushing? So my blood pressure might have been high at the time. The overestimation makes it seem really loud is all.
I have high blood pressure and that's not a symptom I've ever had or heard about, in fact I never know if my BP is high unless I test it and I'm talking about really high, as in over 200. Low BP has obvious symptoms: dizziness when you stand up, fainting, etc
High BP can cause different types of tinnitus like rumbling, chirping, ringing and roaring that comes and goes (like a cicada). Especially if you have a lot of blood vessels in your eardrums.
It happened to me when I had preeclampsia and went away when my BP returned to normal. I was like 205/180.
Everyone's different of course. Some high bps have no symptoms at all.
This is entirely normal as far as I know. A few weeks back I was convinced my brain was being eating from the inside out by spiders. I think most people probably feel like this at least once or twice a month.
