Sometimes I think like ya know that everything is really nothing and its like there is only what you see but not what you hear and if it is all just a dream does that like ya know mean we are just swimming in it and it is all worth it in the end if you believe?
How do you know that any of "this" even exists? Maybe you are strapped down to a gurney in an institution somewhere being pumped full of medicine to keep you sedated and under control, and you're hallucinating the whole thing; IIN, us, your question, all of it! In fact, how do any of us really know that WE are not strapped down to a gurney,etc. and imaging the whole thing. Maybe I'm only dreaming I'm answering your question and in a few days I'm going to sufficiently recover from my whatever, come out of my coma, and be "normal" again.
You'd better believe. Without belief you are wasting your urine on watering plants. And driving on the wrong side of the road is another one.
