Sometimes i wish we could transmit pain through the internet

Being that the anonymity of the internet brings out the worst in others, sometimes I wish every internet browsing device had a machine that delivered either an electric shock or a had fist-to-the-face machine that could be transmitted with just a click of a button or a tap. That way, cowards would have to face the consequences of their speech, notably in situations where it's not a contained circlejerk. Oh, and every troll who misuses it gets a kick to the nuts. Is this normal?

    That's an interesting idea and bound to happen eventually considering the rate of technological progress. But we would also need Internet police to monitor our actions and become the overlords of online justice and morality.
