Honestly, I do find being a girl more enjoyable. I am a girl and I think boys have it easier. I would love to experience it for a while. Men don't have periods, disabling flows of blood like rapids bursting from holes in their body. Men don't have to go through child birth. Sure, the penis looks sort of funny but a vagina is not a pretty sight either. Just my two cents.

Yes, I think that's normal in a way. First of all, I'm a guy, and don't really wish I was a female, but I completely understand the urge and have had such thoughts in the past.

I believe it is caused my a lack of understanding about the opposite sex. You would actually need to be a female to understand what they go through, how much effort they put into relationships, how much fun they have in bed, how "easy" it is to look good or find a good guy, etc.

Likewise, many females will try to explain how they have it so much worse than men, given they have periods, endure the pain of childbirth, are expected to look like Hollywood supermodels thanks to the media, etc. However, I feel the same way about that; they simply do not have a proper understanding of what a male goes through in their lives.

I feel both sexes have their own advantages and disadvantages, and I'm willing to bet most people at some point in their lives have wished they were the opposite sex. It's always an enticing thought (the grass is always greener on the other side), and we have so much experience with our own bodies and our own behaviors that naturally being someone else would feel adventurous.

Yes, it's normal, I talked of it to my parents and they say it's quite common during teenage when guys are fashion-obsessed or too much after glam. And surely,deny it or not, feminine glam is something more beautiful for the eye to behold even for guys,so, this makes the wish strong sometimes.
Seems like glam or sexual thoughts are affecting youths in a sort of negative way.

I laughed hard at a lot of comments on this, mainly because of the rampant craziness of who has it better. The genders have their perceived strengths and weaknesses and they're LARGELY based on how we view them, the stereotype of what makes a man or a woman, and media.

My husband and I talk a lot about gender and how our genders act. I personally love being a woman but some days I would love to be a man. A big sticking point with both myself and my husband is misogyny and misandry. The hatred of women and the hatred of men. As much as feminism has been regaled and trumpeted not many people think of the way men are treated. Guys can't get away with anything lol. I mean really. All a girl has to do is point and lie to ruin a reputation. If a guy were to point at a girl and say "she raped me" people would probably laugh.
