Sometimes i have an urge to kiss my best friend. is it normal?

My best friend is.. well my best friend. I have known her since 6th grade. I have always thought she was different, or better that everyone else i know. She is beautiful. But sometimes when she says something dirty or makes a sexy gesture, I feel like I want to kiss her. She is completely strait, and I'm pretty sure i am too. Is it normal?

    Yes yes yes its so normal. So many of you younger people (I'm assuming your fairly young) are worried about these feelings or urges towards people of the same sex. Most people are curious by nature. There's not a damn thing wrong if you and your lovely friend decide to make out one day. I'm sure you would like it. Years ago my best friend who I knew was bi (and so am I) kissed me. It was nice :) you can be the straightest person alive and still wonder these things (and act on the feelings)

    Wait a while, see if she sends any signals maybe she wants it too. If you feel confident, tell her however make sure of it because you don't want it ruining you friendship

      Or she is just a relatively sexual person who believes its all in good fun to make those signs towards a friend.
