I found a pack of flour on the floor once, stomped on it and went about my business.
Take that society.
Oh, that was you!
I saw your stomped on packet of flour on the floor, so I stomped on 4 eggs, I stomped on a bag of sugar and I stomped on some butter. Then I threw some ignited napalm on the floor and waited for the delicious cake to bake.
40 people died that day.
I'd pick it up and put it back, even if I didn't knock it down. It's not a big deal to me, and it helps out the store's staff.
I'm so glad you think like this and I wish more peoe would be considerate like you. I get customers who literally think it's okay to make the department their own personal trash can. Or the ones who like to sit and watch you organize everything and come right behind you and mess everything up, not buy anything and leave.
Thank you kind person :)
I usually just pick it up and put it back. If it was a bottle of liquid that fell I'll place a Wet Floor sign there and I'll just tell an employee that there's a spill. I've seen way too many people purposely walk and slip on fresh spills they see at stores, so preventing their stupidity saves time on everyone's part.
