I never understood why there's such strong opinions on wearing socks in bed or not. One guy thought I was like a demon for wearing socks in bed. Don't get it? My feet get cold, my socks are clean, they're not ones I wore all day or anything gross
I wear the clothes I'm going to wear tomorrow (shirt, blue jeans, underwear, socks), so I don't see the problem with just socks.
At least where I live, most people stopped caring about wrinkled clothing ages ago. I genuinely don't know anyone who owns a clothes iron.
The United States. Specifically New Mexico, but Arkansas (the state where I grew up) was the exact same way. The only attire people seem to actually care about being wrinkled is formal wear. Things like suits or dresses.
This might just be a thing exclusive to the younger generation though.
What people are you meeting? I've never heard of people making a big deal over someone wearing socks to bed.
I wear 2 pairs of socks to bed and have a hot water bottle at my feet, if I didn’t my toes would be ice cubes.
What's with women and warmth... seriously my wife is the same. Wears socks in bed, constantly turns the heat up and in the summer she says 23C is a comfortable temperature in the car.
No, the right temperature in the car on a hot summer day is the coldest the damn AC goes.
With that said I'm not gonna pretend like I'm 100% normal, cause I have the crazy idea of fitting our bed with shock absorbers, thinking a suspension bed would be even more comfortable than a normal bed.
23C is nothing, “too hot” starts at 35C for me and don’t get me started on people who wait for their tea to cool down before drinking it...
Wait until she's older she won't be able to get cold enough. She'll have two fans and the AC blowing on the bed and you'll need three blankets just to stay warm. It will feel like the north pole in your house and bedroom.
Socks are okay for sleeping, I would even encourage it, if you rub the feet with Vaseline then cover them with socks to keep them soft and nice to touch.
However, during sex, no socks! I have a foot fetish and socks kind of ruin it. Now if you don't like a person playing with your feet then, socks it is. Just tell the person you don't like your feet messed with. That could be a deal breaker, maybe not.
I sometimes wear socks in bed, it's 100% normal, I like to feel something on my feet. Sometimes I wear shoes in bed.
