Socially acceptable?

If a guy asks me out, would it be rude to ask him if I could think about it? I would give them an answer eventually, maybe like a few hours later? Is that normal?

I found three last week in my 'hood. No, seriously dead people in trunks is no joking matter.

So I says to the guy at the bar, whom I was dancing with, "what kind of bar is this"?

If you have to think about your answer, how can you start a relationship with him?

Yes i agree ^^ Tell him your really busy or your going be out of town or something and then tell him you'll get back to him. Text him and let him know when you are available if you want to see him and if not just make up an excuse.

I think it is ok but, be discrete. Say "thank you, but I need to check my calendar" ... this gives you time to think...

The first date is meant to be your decisive factor for a relationship.
Not sure whether or not you like a guy? Give him a chance, he might suprise you...

    Odds are he won't...

Either its a no or a yes. If you gotta think about it then its clearly a no.

How would u feel if u asked a guy out and he said "ummm I don't know let me think about it & get back to u"?

  • I wouldn't have a problem with it but when you tell him that don't say it with some sense of fear he'll be offended.

It's only when you try not to offend people that you will inevitably do so.

if you guys are friends and he's trying to make you guys more than that, i think its perfectly acceptable. otherwise, i have to say no, then it is not socially acceptable.
