So, i feel like people can read my thoughts.

6 months ago i was hospitalized for self-induced psychosis. i'd been taking ccc's daily (500mg+) for over a month, and starving myself. stupid me.

they put me on anti-psychotics but i didn't stop hallucinating until 3 or 4 months afterward.

a part of my 'trip' was that people could hear my thoughts. i'm not on any medications. since i got out of the hospital. i'm sober.

i still have these feelings and it's starting to consume me.

i'm tired of these paranoid thoughts. they make my mind go into dark places it wouldn't have ever gone before hand.

does anybody ever feel like this/experienced anything similar to this? any advice/suggestions?

I thought people could read my mind through the eyes. It took a long time and meds to knock that thought out of my brain.

  • i always have a feeling that someone, somewhere is reading my thoughts, but it never bothers me too much too the point that i'm really paranoid, though i am pretty paranoid when it comes to other things, like looking in the mirror at night, or going outside at night.

    I don't think its normal
    But I understand the situation
I'd say if this really consumes you
Go to a psychiatrist and get help for Paranoia
    Or
Scientifically convince yourself its not humanly possible yet

  • In most people, it's a very rare occurence, and nothing to worry about, but with a history of psycosis, (excuse my spelling) it would definately be worth checking with your doctors and seeing if it may be related. The last thing anyone wants is a relapse. (again excuse my spelling)

Lol I've thought that from time to time. Like I will think something and the person will answer like I said it out loud but my lips were not moving. A bit weird but nothing to freak over

  • Meh nobody can read thoughts. Even if they were able, what is so important that you'd want to hide?
