The aluminum is not the problem. Aluminum doesn't vaporize at temperatures so low so you aren't inhaling aluminum. However, just about every aluminum can is lined with BPA (Bisphenol A) which is a type of plastic, and a well-established endocrine disputer and carcinogen. Once or twice, eh, no big deal. But when you're inhaling a little bit of vaporized plastic all the time, expect to have problems. Also there's paint on those aluminum cans and I dont know what that paint has in it.

The aluminum does burn off (you see the scorch marks where you light the bud? Yeah, you're breathing that in). Vision abnormalities is just one of the many wonderful side effects of heavy metal poisoning.

Oh goodness, ok you need help this is what you do. Don't smoke out of a can, it's not healthy (cancer) don't smoke out of foil paper (cancer). Go to the liquor store buy zig zags if you dont know how to roll then practice, its fairly easy (you tube) Or just buy a double glass pipe make sure you buy one that has a big bowl, to pack more weed.

I've done it many times too many because I had weed but no piece. After a while, I started smoking out of apples. :)

haha yup, welcome to my early smoking days of smoking, or the days when me and my friends are desperate and drunk and don't have a dutch.But I prefer water bottles when there's nothing to smoke out of.

not the healthiest way brother, I would use a vaporizer, glass or rice paper, and in that order. Ive been there too, when I was in high school. If its a money thing, a fresh apple with a deep whole where the stem comes out is a great tool, remove the stem, use a coat hanger or the insert of a ball point pen and punch a little canal down into the apple but not all the way through, then punch another canal through the side of the apple until the 2 canals meet, then tear away the apple skin near the bowl area to prevent taking in wax, its a cheap way to get it done, and natural.

uh. negative batman. smoking out of a can is good for when your broke as hell and cant afford a blunt wrap, bluntville, bowl,bong, wrapping pappers. L's or J's (joints). uhh. it doesent give you the same effect it would /w regular "Tools" so upgrade. go to a gas station. get a bowl for 30$.
