Sleep paralyze after a nap

Whenever I am at home during the weekend, I will try to grab a nice afternoon nap. But only recently then I noticed a pattern is that I will suffer from sleep paralyze at night if I had an afternoon nap that day.The session will sometimes involve hallucination like hearing something weird (someone whispering in my ears) or touching me.. I hate it. Not sure if anyone suffer the same thing as I do, or isit even normal.

You're definitely not dead lol.. hmm i just suffered that shiate this morning again. I figured out what you see and hallucinate was just dreaming. It will somehow trigger your 'fear'
for example, if you're afraid of roaches then they will suddenly appear. If you're afraid of the demon it will come for you. BUT THERE'S NO WAY to control the situation even though I know its unreal.

I had it once after a daytime nap when I was really hungover. Was one of the scariest experiences of my life. Happened about 6 months ago and I want it again even though it was scary! So odd, but fascinating at the same time. I looked into it loads and it is completely normal. As soon as you relax you come out of it, or as soon as someone touches you or speaks to you (in real life) you come out of it. Don't worry.
