Slapping forehead a normal thing?

When I get very excited about something I do two things: I slap my forehead with both hands, or scratch my forehead with both hands.

I only do this in private, as I know it's a really weird habit, not even in front of my boyfriend...

Is this normal?

    I slap my forehead when I do something stupid or forget something, kinda like a face palm except it's with my forehead

    its not normal but u cant help your reactions.. when i get excited or too happy i cry lol
