Skirt "fetish" - is it normal?

My favorite thing, sexually, is to dress the girl up in various outfits consisting of skirts or dresses before engaging in sexual activities with them.

Sex with girls in these outfits is so much better than when they are nude, even if they look great naked. I will insist that she keep a wardrobe for this purpose and I will pick out what I want her to wear when we start.

Is this normal? Girls, do you consider it weird?
