Skin tag on urethra

So, this isn't sex related but I didn't know what other category to use. So, I've noticed on my urethra (Or whatever the part that sticks out is called) there's a sort of.. tag of skin. It's quite sensitive when I touch it but it doesn't hurt.

    Part that sticks out? Wtf? Ur dick sticks out. I'd get it looked it just to be safe but it's probably nothing. Unless it's funny color or hard I would t worry about it.

    "Or whatever the part that sticks out is called"? Are you male or female? The urethra isn't supposed to "stick out". That's not normal. You should be able to see the opening if you know where to look, but that's all. If it truly isn't on your urethra, you should still see a doctor.
