Sister sits with her legs behid her head

Is it normal that my sister can sit with her legs behind her head? She can do it without using her arms. She likes to read books and watch TV like this all the time.

    I think it's amazing when a girl can either stay like that, or her feet/legs behind her head, or her legs folded against her chest and zipped up inside her coat/jacket for as long as possible :)

    It's possible that that could cause permanent damage to the joints years down the road. I'm not a doctor or anything like that, but it may be advisable to speak with one.

    I can get one leg behind my head, but its not exactly comfortable and can't do it for too long.

    It's different, but no big deal. Actually it likely keeps her flexible, and is probably quite healthy. You should be glad she can do this.
