If you told someone you liked them and didn't mean it (because you were pathetic and wanted someone) after not even knowing them that long, and they didn't say they liked you back, does that count as a romantic rejection?

    I voted yes but I'm changing my vote to "no".
    They didn't even know you for very long. Feelings sometimes take time to develope. Besides, you didn't even want them in the first place.

    Well, if you want to get technical, then you weren't actually rejected... yet.

    But if it feels like a rejection to you, then go ahead and count it as one. You don't need somebody elses opinion.
