Sick for a month :(

I came down with the H1N1 virus at the beginning of this month (November). It lasted over a week, and then I thought I was all better, but I've had this cold that WILL NOT go away. It's now Dec 30th, and I STILL have this cold. It will not go away. Thankfully my cough stopped over the weekend, but I'm still sneezing, getting stuffed up, and have a lot of snot in my nose. Is it normal to be sick this long???

It might have just been that your allergies were acting up! (When mine act up, my nose gets stuffed up and my eyes start itching like crazy!

Maybe your immune system was so weakened overcoming the H1N1 infection and that's why this simple cold is taking much longer than usual to go?

You might think about some medication to help boost your immune system. Talk to a doctor about it if necessary.

Thanks! That's probably why. I've started taking more vitamins and have been eating healthier. Thankfully my old is FINALLY going away!
