Should you tell an old ex you love her still?

Should you tell an ex you love her, if you still do, even after a looong time (a couple of years lets say)?
I still love my ex after years of minimal contact. I think if I told her she might be happy to know but I don't think its my place and I don't plan on ever doing it. Not unless I got her in a face-to-face conversation and it was going well or something.
What do you think is the right thing to do?

Tell her, she deserves to know 18
Tell her, you'll feel better about yourself afterwards 24
Never tell her, keep this to yourself 18

    In all seriousness... I think yes, you should tell her. I think you should tell her because maybe she feels the same way about you and maybe you could make each other happy again. Maybe she doesn't feel the same, but the worst thing that could happen would be for her to reject you and to go back to having little to no contact, which would make life go back to the way it's been for so long already.
