Should rich nations pay to preserve the rainforest?

Scientists say the results will be devastating if we don’t address global warming. The Climate Summit in Paris this month will bring countries together to agree on a plan to slow climate change. People call the Amazon rainforest the “lungs of the world.” Most of Europe and America have already cut down their trees in favor of agriculture and industry. Is it fair to ask Brazil to sacrifice its interests to preserve the rainforest for the rest of the globe.

    En pocas palabras, nos toca a todos y cada uno de nosotros para tomar una posición. McDonald es responsable de una gran parte de la deforestación amazónica , por lo que puede ampliar es ranchos de carne para alimentar al mundo Big Macs . Si dejamos de comer su comida basura , que no necesitan más bosque cortado.
    Lo mismo para todos los demás productos que provienen de la deforestación.
    Solución bastante simple, pero ¿quién va a renunciar a su Big Mac por lo que sus nietos puede respirar ?

    Quite simply, it's up to each and everyone of us to take a stand. McDonald's is responsible for a great deal of the Amazonian deforestation, so it can expand it's beef ranches to feed the world Big Macs. If we stop eating their crap food, they don't need more forest cut down.
    Same for every other product that come from the deforestation.
    Simple enough solution, but who's going to give up their Big Mac so their grand children can breathe?

      It seems you address the symptom (MacDonalds) of an underlying disease (Obesity aka people) You cannot blame McDonals all they do is employ about a billion people enabling a trillion people to stuff their Fat-Fuckin-Face and succumb to cardiovascular disease at age 35
