Should i wet my pants this often?

I'm under 25, given vaginal birth to 1 child and leak urine constantly. I've been sick lately and the coughing has increased the amount of wettings I've had but it kills me to wet myself so often. I've checked online about some reasons why but still pretty confused.

    If you've recently given birth, very normal. If you gave birth in the last few years, still normal. You need to do kegel exercises, google them.
