Should i use rock on pill?

I bought rock on pill (1 tablet) becoz in my country it was very hard to get hands on it and it was costly too.
it was my first time using it, not for sex (never had girl in lyf), just for trying for mastrubation.
It will be one time only. I need to know about side effects or the experience the users who use these kind of pills. are they actually effective? are they risky?
