Should i tell my family and friends that i'm an atheist?

I've been an atheist for two years and I didn't tell anyone about it. I live in an arabic country and people are so serious about religion there. If I tell my family, I'm sure they'll get really really mad and they may kick me out. If I tell my friends, they'll never talk to me again because they always say bad and horrible things about atheists. very horrible things.I want to tell everyone that I'm an atheist because I'm sick of being around people who won't accept who I am but at the same time I'm scared of their reaction because you can never imagine(and I guess most of you know) what can some muslims do when It's about their religion.should I tell them?

    Were you a muslim anf you became an atheist? ...if you are then you are on deep shit, they may kill you.

      yes I was a muslim and became an atheist and yes I'm on deep shit I can never expect their reaction if I tell them.

          At the beginning I was muslim because everyone else was. I believed in everything my family and teachers told me without thinking. And one day I asked myself is there really a god? I didn't find any proof . I mean we have a lot of problems in our planet like poverty,famine,diseases... If there was really a god who loves us he would took care of all of these problems we're suffering from. In addition to that why would a god who loves us put us in hell just because we don't believe in him? that doesn't make any sense.That's why I don't believe in god. Maybe humans created god just because they didn't find any explanation to the existence of our world or because they wanted to control people or for other reasons. and they created heaven to encourage people to pray to god and created hell to scare people if they don't. I mean if they didn't tell about heaven and hell I'm sure no one would pray and they wouldn't be able to control people. Of course I have many other reasons but I think that what changed my mind in the first place.
