Should i tell her?

I am female and bisexual. When I was in high school I didn't have many friends. I was very socially awkward. There was a girl who I thought was the coolest person ever. I had a massive crush on her. I was too shy to tell her because I was scared she wouldn't feel the same way. So instead I wrote her friendly notes. She wrote me notes and letters back. We didn't talk to each other until we had been sending letters for a few months. I used to get so breathless when I saw her I couldn't talk. Now we are good friends and still talk frequently, 3 years later.
She doesn't know that I'm bisexual. She doesn't know that the reason I communicated with her in the first place was because I had a crush on her. I still do have a crush on her. But we both have boyfriends now. Should I tell her I like/d her in that way?
